1. Avoid spicy or hot foods.

5. Eat less midnight snacks.

This will not only increase the digestive burden on the stomach and intestines at night, but also induce constipation and cause recurrence of acne and pimples.

6. You should eat less foods with high fat content.

After eating this type of food, a large amount of heat energy will be generated, which will increase the internal heat of the body and cause acne and pimples.

Such as: animal fats, animal liver, cream, egg yolk, sesame, nuts, fatty foods, and cream pastries.

7. Eat less fishy food.

Fishy foods can trigger allergies or cause internal heat accumulation in the body, and the chronic inflammation of the sebaceous glands will expand and become difficult to remove, aggravating acne and pimples.

Such as: aquatic products, certain meats, beef, mutton, dog meat and leeks, etc.

8. Eat less artificial additives.
