How to remove pigmentation? Can your pigmentation be completely removed?

The so-called spots are color spots, which refer to the localized increase in pigmentation on the skin, forming areas that are significantly darker than the surrounding skin color. Some spots are congenital, some are acquired, some are related to the sun, some are not, some will recur, and some can be removed. So, let’s clarify the first point here - not all spots will recur after professional treatment!

Freckles and sun spots

What Asians pursue is flawless fair skin, and since our facial features are not three-dimensional, any spots will be very obvious. But foreigners like to bask in the sun and think it is a sign of cuteness, because freckles are a genetic problem that exists since childhood and is caused by constitutional pigmentation disorder. Plus, their three-dimensional facial features are more eye-catching, so freckles and sun spots do not detract from their beauty at all!

Freckles and sun spots usually coexist and thrive together, and the treatment methods for the two are also similar.

1. Features:

Freckles appear in childhood and worsen with age and are aggravated by sunlight. Small scattered pigmentation spots (which are unlikely to merge into patches, this is very important) are symmetrically distributed on the face, especially on the nose and sides, and sometimes all over the face. They are mainly brown and generally darker in color. The main histopathological manifestation is the increase of melanin in the epidermis.

As the name suggests, sun spots are caused by the sun. Long-term exposure to ultraviolet rays can activate tyrosinase in the melanocytes in the bottom layer of the skin, which produces a series of reactions with tyrosinase in the blood to generate a substance called "dopamine" (the substance that makes people happy! This is why people's mood will become better in sunny weather, and they will be brighter with a little sunshine~), which is then converted into melanin. In addition, toxins in the skin can activate cell activity and also produce an oxidative reaction with tyrosinase, converting into melanin. Melanin will gradually accumulate and gradually appear as you age. It is most noticeable on dry, dehydrated skin. Therefore, there is a legend among the people that "if you get spots, you won't get acne, and if you get acne, you won't get spots." But stress acne and adult acne are exceptions.

2. Prevention:

Strictly protect from the sun. You can take antioxidants such as vitamin C, B, anthocyanins, etc. which help whiten your skin. Even if you don't have spots, you still need to strictly protect yourself from the sun and take vitamin C and vitamin B complex for a long time. Black wolfberry, which is rich in anthocyanins, should be soaked in water and drunk frequently. Wash the grapes and crush them with a Vitamix together with the skin and seeds. I particularly like this machine. Whether you are a single person who wants to feed the whole family with one meal or a family with many people, I recommend buying one. You can also get a juicer. My principle is to eat as healthy and simple as possible at home, and occasionally go out to a restaurant to enjoy a delicious meal and try some flavors that cannot be cooked at home.
