Many girls have acne. Of course, boys also have acne. Annoying acne can really disfigure us. So, do you know how to get rid of acne?

Recommended correct way to wash your face to remove acne

Acne is a multifactorial disease, which is mainly related to increased sebum production, hyperkeratosis of the epithelium at the opening of hair follicles and proliferation of Propionibacterium acnes in hair follicles, and also has certain genetic factors. The development and production of sebaceous glands are controlled by androgens, and the increase of androgens is affected by age, endocrine, genetic and other factors. The sebaceous glands of acne patients are larger and secrete more products than normal people. Due to the increased secretion of sebaceous glands, the level of linoleic acid in sebum is relatively reduced (the two are negatively correlated), which affects the synthesis of fat and causes a lack of fatty acids in the follicular epithelium, thereby inducing excessive keratinization of the follicles, preventing epithelial cells from falling off normally, causing the hair follicle opening to become excessively smaller, and sebum cannot be discharged smoothly, accumulating at the hair follicle opening and forming acne.

Hair follicles are normally inhabited by Propionibacterium acnes (PA), Pityrosporum and Staphylococcus epidermidis. When the free fatty acids increase, Propionibacterium acnes cannot produce enough enzymes to break down sebum, and the stagnant fatty acids cause nonspecific inflammatory reactions around the hair follicles. Propionibacterium acnes can also secrete low-molecular-weight peptides, which attract neutrophils into the hair follicles, causing the release of their hydrolases, which causes the hair follicle epithelium to leak and rupture, resulting in the contents of the hair follicles entering the surrounding dermal tissue, causing a series of clinical manifestations ranging from simple inflammation to papules, abscesses, nodules, and cysts.

The level of 5α-reductase in the skin of acne patients is higher than that of normal people, and 5α-reductase can cause increased sebum. Women with severe acne, sudden onset of acne, irregular menstruation, and elevated androgen levels may have underlying ovarian dysfunction. At the same time, excessive androgen can also cause excessive hair growth, a hoarse voice, increased sexual desire, and men may experience hair loss, acanthosis nigricans, etc.

Mental stress can increase the secretion of the adrenal cortex. Many acne patients may be aggravated by mental factors.

In addition to the above reasons, diet can also affect acne. For example, fat, sugar, spicy food, cocoa, cheese, peanuts, etc. can increase sebum production and aggravate inflammation.

The correct way to wash your face to remove acne

1. Three-minute cleansing method:

The correct way to wash your face is the most basic way to treat acne.

1. Prepare a clean, soft, dry towel and a mild, mild soap.

2. Rub the soap in warm water (22-23 degrees) to create foam. The more foam, the better. Use both hands to scoop up the foam and wash your face for 1 minute. Don't push too hard, and stop if it hurts.

3. Then wash with hot water (38-40 degrees) for 20 seconds, then rinse with warm water for 20 seconds, and repeat this three times. It would be better to use a shower, with your face about a fist away from the shower head. While spraying your face (with hot water), gently tap your face with the tips of your fingers. Adjust the water temperature and spray for 20 seconds.

4. Use a dry towel to wipe off the water on your face first, then gently press your face to absorb the water.

5. Finally, apply astringent lotion. If you feel a tightening sensation after application, you can apply it several times.

This method must be used once in the morning and once in the evening. It has obvious effects on early, middle and late stage acne. The following face washing methods are extensions and continuations of this method.

2. Gauze face washing method:

After using the 3-minute cleansing method for 1 month, regardless of whether the acne has decreased or not, you can switch to this method, which is an intermediate face washing technique.

1. Prepare a towel, soap and a piece of gauze;

2. Fold the gauze into a small piece, dip it in soap foam, and wash the forehead, chin, nose, etc.;

3. Wrap the gauze around your index and middle fingers, dip them in soap foam, and use the gauze to gently wash the center of your cheeks and the entire face;

4. Finally, wrap the gauze around your index finger, dip it in soap foam and gently scrub the delicate skin under the eyelids. Stop if you feel irritation or pain. If you still feel pain the next day, it is because you scrubbed too hard. At this time, you should practice the "emergency face washing method" for at least 4 days, and then use the 3-minute cleansing method to wash your face after the pain subsides.

5. Intermediate face washing method: wash your face every two days in the first week, wash it every other day in the second week, and wash it once a day in the third week.

3. Advanced face washing method:

After using the intermediate face washing method for one month, if it is effective, you can switch to this method.

1. Prepare soap, towel and a pair of white cotton gloves (thinner ones are better), and cut off the middle finger, index finger and ring finger of one of the gloves to form three finger gloves;

2. Dip the intact gloves into soap foam and gently scrub the entire face. People with delicate skin can wear finger cots on their index and middle fingers, dip them in foam and wash the entire face;

3. Then put on finger gloves on your index finger, middle finger and ring finger, dip them in soap foam and gently scrub your cheeks, forehead and chin;

4. Take off the finger gloves and leave only the finger gloves on your index finger. Dip the fingers in foam and gently scrub the delicate skin under the eyelids. Finally, rinse with clean water and dry with a towel.

4. Super face washing method:

If acne still exists after using the first three methods, this method can be used. It is more suitable for people who have already formed scars due to acne.

1. Prepare soap, towels and a soft toothbrush for children;

2. Rub the soap into foam on the palm of your hand and take a little with a toothbrush;

3. Use a toothbrush dipped in foam to gently scrub areas with rough textures such as the forehead and chin; then use clean water to wash off the foam on your face, and finally wipe off the moisture on your face with a clean dry towel.

5. Emergency face washing method:

This method can be applied not only to acne, but also to people with many wrinkles on their faces. Generally speaking, people with acne have oily skin. If they use degreasing soap excessively, it will make the skin dry and uncomfortable. At this time, use this method to deal with

1. Rub the soap with warm water in the palm of your hand to make foam, then carefully put the foam into a basin filled with warm water and gently stir to form a vortex;

2. When the water in the basin is about to stop rotating, immerse your face in it and let the naturally flowing foam rinse your face for 20 seconds. Then immerse your face in another basin of clean, warm water to remove the foam, and do it for another 20 seconds. Repeat this three times, changing the water and foam each time;

3. When washing with clean water for the third time, add a few drops of moisturizing oil to the warm water in the basin and soak for another 20 seconds;

4. Finally, repeatedly wipe dry or absorb the moisture on your face with a towel.

Didn’t you expect that soap is so good for skin care? You should pay more attention when choosing it. If you want to be naturally beautiful, take action quickly. Finally, I wish all the beauty-loving women can have youthful and tender skin!
