Seven good ways to whiten your skin

1. Lemon whitening

Lemon juice has been used for thousands of years as a natural moisturizer. It contains acids that gently bleach the skin and exfoliate the top layer of dark skin cells. Since pure lemon juice can irritate the skin, make a lemon juice solution by mixing one part lemon juice to one part water. Take a cotton ball and spread the solution onto your skin. Let it sit for 15 minutes, then wash it off with warm water.

2. Milk whitening

For a soothing full body whitening treatment, begin by drawing a warm bath. Pour one cup of whole milk and squeeze the juice of a whole lemon into the tub. Swirl the mixture around to evenly distribute the milk and lemon in the tub. Soak in the tub for 20 minutes, then rinse yourself off with clean water.

3. Yogurt and honey whitening

Like milk, yogurt contains enzymes that can gently lighten the skin. Honey has moisturizing and antibacterial properties. Together, both ingredients make a nourishing mask. Mix one part honey and one part yogurt, then spread the mixture on your face and body. Let it sit for 15 minutes, then rinse it off with warm water.
