How many times a week should students use facial cleanser?

Facial cleansers do not make your skin cleaner the more you wash your face, nor does washing your face more often prevent skin problems. On the contrary, using too much facial cleanser can cause further damage to the skin, lead to an imperfect skin barrier, and cause frequent skin problems. Therefore, students should use cleaning products scientifically and in a planned manner.

The correct way for students to use facial cleanser

1. Wet your face with warm water. This can ensure that the pores are fully opened without causing excessive loss of the skin's natural moisturizing oil. Then put an appropriate amount of facial cleanser into the palm of your hand.

2. Rub your hands quickly to make sure the facial cleanser is fully mixed to create rich foam, and gently massage for 15 times. After applying the foam on your face, massage in circles gently. Don't apply too much force to avoid causing wrinkles. Massage about 15 times to allow the foam to spread all over the face. Be careful not to leave the facial cleanser on the face for more than 1 minute.

3. Pat warm water on your face. Repeat several times to remove the facial cleanser without damaging your skin. Then rinse your face with cold water for about 20 times, and gently apply a towel dipped in cold water to your face. Doing this can tighten your pores and improve blood circulation in your face.
