First, let me teach you how to distinguish the front and back of the lens. It is very simple. Place the contact lens lightly on your fingertips. If the edge is a perfect circle shaped like a bowl, it is the front and you can wear it, as shown in Figure 1. If the edge is curled outwards, it is the back, as shown in Figure 2.

Make sure your eyes are looking forward, use the middle fingers of both hands to pull the upper and lower eyelids apart, as shown in Figure 4; then attach the lens to the cornea, as shown in Figure 5, then remove the index finger and look down to make the lens attached to the eye, and slowly relax the eyelids with the middle fingers of both hands.

Now, you have successfully put on your contact lens. At this time, you need to use two fingers, as shown in Figure 6, to gently adjust the position of the contact lens so that it fits your pupil better. Then close your eyes, as shown in Figure 7, and move your eyeballs left and right a few times to make sure the glasses fit completely and comfortably.

Before taking off your glasses, start by washing your hands. At this time, you need to look into the mirror and slightly upward, as shown in Figure 8; use your left index finger and your right middle finger to pull apart your upper and lower eyelids, as shown in Figure 9.

The critical moment has arrived. Be careful not to blink.

Use your right thumb and index finger to gently press both sides of the lower edge of the lens to make the lens arch up and then slowly take it out, as shown in Figure 10 and Figure 11.

How to clean contact lenses

The complete care steps are as follows:

1. Put three drops of care solution on each side of the lens and rub each side gently for 10 seconds

2. Rinse each side of the lens thoroughly with the care solution for 5 seconds

3. Soak the cleaned lenses in a lens box filled with 2/3 of the fresh care solution, tighten the lens box, and soak for at least 4 hours.

Flush your fingers with care solution, convenient and hygienic

The care solution contains mild bactericidal and moisturizing molecules. Rinse your fingers with fresh care solution before each contact with the lens to:

1. Clean and disinfect your fingers again to kill any remaining bacteria, making it more hygienic

2. The pH value of the neutralized finger environment is closer to tears

3. Avoid eye irritation when wearing, which is healthier. Replenish moisturizing ingredients for the lenses you are wearing to improve the comfort of wearing the lenses.
