How to whiten dark skin? What are the best ways to whiten your skin?

Many people are born black, such as Americans and Africans, all of whom have black skin. Why? Because the people there are different from us, so most of them have dark skin.

How to whiten dark skin?

The main factor that determines whether the skin color is white or dark is the content of melanin. Melanin is produced by melanocytes under the action of tyrosinase and then transferred to the keratinocytes of the epidermis. The color of the skin is related to the ability of each melanocyte to produce melanin, the number of melanocytes, and the speed of melanin transfer to the keratinocytes.

From the perspective of skin whitening, people always think that the less melanin the better. However, for people who work under the sun, melanin plays an important role in cancer prevention and health care. Melanin can absorb most of the ultraviolet rays and greatly reduce the transmission of ultraviolet rays UVA and UVB, thereby protecting the skin from biological damage caused by ultraviolet and visible light, protecting and reducing acute or chronic inflammation of the skin caused by sunlight, and preventing skin sunburn, aging and cancer caused by sunlight.

Caucasians are prone to sunburn, and long-term sun exposure makes them prone to skin cancer, including basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma and melanoma, while blacks rarely develop skin cancer. In addition, melanin protects folic acid and similar important substances from being broken down by light.

Dietary adjustments can reduce the synthesis of melanin and help whiten dark skin.

How to whiten your skin

(1) Eat less foods rich in tyrosine. Because tyrosine is the basic substance of melanin. In other words, melanin is converted from tyrosine through the action of tyrosinase. If the intake of tyrosine is less, the basic substance for synthesizing melanin will also be less, and the skin will become whiter. Therefore, you should eat less foods rich in tyrosine, such as potatoes, sweet potatoes, etc.

(2) Eat more foods rich in vitamin C. Chemical experiments have shown that the series of reactions that form melanin are mostly oxidation reactions, but when vitamin C is added, the formation of melanin can be blocked. Therefore, eat more foods rich in vitamin C, such as sour jujube, fresh jujube, tomatoes, sea buckthorn, citrus, fresh green leafy vegetables, etc.

(3) Pay attention to the intake of foods rich in vitamin E. Modern scientific research has proved that vitamin E is an antioxidant in the human body, especially a fat antioxidant, which can inhibit the peroxidation of unsaturated fatty acids and other unstable compounds. The lipofuscin in the human body is a peroxide of unsaturated fatty acids. Vitamin E inhibits their peroxidation, thereby effectively resisting the deposition of lipofuscin on the skin and keeping the skin white. At the same time, vitamin E also has anti-aging effects. Foods rich in vitamin E include cabbage, cauliflower, sesame oil, sesame, sunflower seeds, rapeseed oil, sunflower oil, etc.

In fact, having dark skin is not a troublesome thing. It can also prevent the occurrence of cancer. The melanin in the body can also fight cancer. But it is inevitable that some young beauties and handsome guys like white skin. Then you can refer to the methods given to everyone to whiten your skin. If you have time, it is recommended that you go to a beauty salon for maintenance. It is recommended to go once or twice a week. If you don’t have time, you can apply a facial mask at home, which is also effective.
