How to use essential oils

  1. Massage method . Massage is the most widely known and used method. You can massage essential oils on your face or on your body. Generally, the best time to massage with essential oils is within 3 minutes after taking a shower.


2. Olfactory method . Aromatherapy method: Add a few drops of essential oil to the aromatherapy lamp to purify the air, soothe the mood, and help sleep. Handkerchief sniffing method: Add a few drops of essential oil to a towel or handkerchief, then sniff it. Steam fumigation method: Add a few drops of essential oil in a basin or large bowl, then cover it with a towel, and raise your head into it to inhale. It is very effective in treating colds.

3. Bathing method . Bathing: Add a few drops of essential oil to the bathtub or tub, and then take a bath. Note that the bathing time should not exceed 20 minutes. Bathing: Pour shower gel into a bath towel or bath ball, then add 3-4 drops of essential oil, and then scrub your whole body. Foot bath: Add 3-4 drops of essential oil to the foot bath water, and then soak your feet. It can effectively relieve fatigue and remove athlete's foot.

4. Spray method . Spray on face: Add a few drops of essential oil to a spray bottle, shake well, and then spray directly on the face or body. The recommended ratio is 3 drops of essential oil to 10ml spray, and so on. Purify the air: Add a few drops of essential oil to pure water and then spray it into the air.
