The main ingredients of silicone cream are water, polydimethylsiloxane, glycerin, mineral oil, stearic acid, stearyl alcohol, cetyl alcohol, sorbitan polyether-20 beeswax, cocamide, and ethylparaben. Except for ethylparaben which is a preservative, the other ingredients are relatively mild and will not cause irritation to the skin.
