Lip care tips: Don’t lick your chapped lips in winter

Today I’m going to bring you some tips for lip care. If you are a friend who always has chapped lips in winter, hurry up and learn with me.

Tips for lip care

Dry and cracked lips in winter.

Not only is it uncomfortable, it also looks ugly.

I'll teach you a trick without spending a penny.

The lips are pink, soft and moist, so beautiful!

Mild dead skin on lips

My lips are dry, lack of vitamins, and have thick dead skin. Using lip balm alone is useless. Lips have no pores and are difficult to absorb moisture, and oily lipsticks cannot lock in moisture. The correct way should be like this:

1. Take a clean small bowl, squeeze in two vitamin E capsules, then pour in appropriate amount of olive oil and honey, and stir evenly with a cotton swab.

2. Soak a towel with warm water, apply hot compress to lips for 3 minutes, apply evenly prepared lip care solution on lips, and cover with plastic wrap.

3. After massaging for one minute, wait for ten minutes and then tear off the plastic wrap. It not only gently exfoliates but also improves rough skin!

Dry and cracked lips

If your lips are dry on a daily basis, remember to use a moisturizing spray or a hot towel to warm your lips.

Then apply a wet compress with a cotton pad and finally apply a lip balm with a good moisturizing effect.

If your lips are dry and cracked, you can use honey to moisturize your lips. Honey contains a lot of sugar, and its molecules are small and easy to absorb.

Take a spoonful of honey, add some white sugar, mash and stir evenly, and apply it on your lips to nourish your lips and speed up the restoration of their softness.

Lips are the most feminine part, so you must take good care of them on a daily basis.

8 tips for daily care:

1. Don’t lick your lips

Many friends like to lick their lips when they are dry. This will not only fail to prevent dry and cracked lips, but will also cause damage to the skin around the lips!

2. Don’t tear off the dry skin

If your lips are peeling, you can use scissors to trim the dry skin appropriately. Never tear it with your hands to avoid bleeding or even infection of your lips. This is what is medically known as the "danger triangle."

3. Wear a mask

The winter wind is very cold, and friends who often go out must wear masks, which can effectively maintain the temperature and humidity of the lips and avoid dryness and dehydration.

4. Apply honey

When your lips are dry, you can use a cotton swab to dip some honey or vegetable oil and apply it on your lips. This will not only moisturize the skin, but also inhibit bacterial growth and prevent infection caused by lip breakage.
