Dietary precautions for acne: Don't eat these foods on acne-prone skin

Today I’m going to tell you about the dietary precautions for acne. People with acne should avoid these foods. Let’s take a look below.

Dietary considerations for acne

We all know that after people get acne, some will fade away by themselves after a period of time, but some will continue to grow, leaving scars on the face, which greatly affects the appearance. It is also a disease that many people do not want to see.

There are actually some things that need attention regarding acne, such as diet. So what are the foods that acne patients cannot eat?

1. Do not eat high-sugar foods when you have acne

When the human body consumes high-sugar foods, the body's metabolism will be vigorous and the secretion of sebaceous glands will increase, causing acne to appear intermittently. Therefore, patients should avoid high-sugar foods, especially honey, cake, chocolate, ice cream, etc.

Here we should pay special attention to honey. Honey can moisten the intestines and promote bowel movements, make the skin smooth and the complexion rosy. Many girls take it as a health supplement, but everything has two sides. Honey is a good beauty product, but it is not good for acne. In addition to a large amount of sugar, it also contains some animal hormones, which cause the sebaceous glands to secrete too much sebum and clog the pores.

2. People with acne should not eat spicy food:

This type of food is hot in nature and can easily cause internal heat after eating. People with acne have internal heat, and eating this type of food will undoubtedly add fuel to the fire.

3. People with acne should not eat high-fat foods:

High-fat foods can cause excessive sebum secretion and form micro-acne. Therefore, you must avoid eating foods such as lard, butter, fatty meat, and very fashionable salads.

4. Do not take supplements when you have acne:

The most worthwhile one is donkey-hide gelatin. Winter is here, and the advertisements for paste prescriptions everywhere are quite tempting, but for acne, it is actually a disaster. Most acne patients have a damp and hot constitution, and blindly taking tonic will undoubtedly add fuel to the fire.

The above is an introduction to the classification of some foods that acne patients cannot eat. I hope that after reading this, friends can fully understand this disease and can also abandon the foods they are eating that are not conducive to the disease.
