Tip 1: Almond Coffee Protein Mask

Take two spoons of coffee powder, four spoons of almond powder and one egg. Filter the egg and keep the egg white for later use. Then mix the almond paste, coffee powder and egg white evenly. Apply the prepared mask on the spots. Wash it off after ten minutes. This facial mask moisturizes and removes wrinkles, tightens sagging skin, and fades dark spots, leaving your skin fair and bright.

Tip 2: Lemon water with vitamin C

Place the lemon slices in a sealed container, add warm water to submerge the lemon slices, cover the container, and wait for five minutes. Taking mixed vitamin C supplements can promote kidney circulation, reduce the occurrence of dark spots and spots, and have a partial whitening effect. When drinking beverages, whether purchased or homemade, it is not recommended to drink them too cold. It is best to use warm water, which warms the stomach and detoxifies.

Tip 3: Winter melon spot-lightening beauty serum

Squeeze the winter melon juice, mix it with an equal amount of white vinegar, put it into a clean container, and seal it for storage. Apply the juice evenly to the spots, wash it off after 15 minutes, three times a day. Winter melon is rich in vitamins and nutrients. It can be applied on the face to remove blemishes and nourish the skin. Winter melon contains fatty oleic acid, citrulline and other ingredients, which have the effect of lightening spots.

The fourth trick: freckle massage method

1. Use the tip of your thumb to press the front points in circles with gentle force, 50-60 circles per minute, with coordinated and rhythmic movements. The action area is between the epidermis and the dermis. Press each front point for about half a minute. The purpose is to loosen the pigment in a small area after pressing.

2. Rub the palms of your hands together to generate heat, place the palms on the entire surface of the spot, and make circular and rhythmic movements, either clockwise or counterclockwise, at a frequency of about 50-60 times per minute. This will spread the locally diffused pigment to a wider area, which is conducive to rapid absorption.

The fifth trick: wolfberry fermented rice wine egg

When making wolfberry fermented rice wine eggs, first boil 200 grams of fermented rice wine, then add 5 grams of wolfberry, appropriate amount of rock sugar and 50 grams of evenly stirred quail egg liquid in turn, and finally boil over high heat. Through food conditioning, you can also effectively lighten spots, or even remove them. When these foods are added together, they can promote the absorption of nutrients. After eating them, women's complexion will be more moisturized and attractive, and the effect of removing spots can be achieved.
