Step 2: Lotion. Using lotion after essence will have a moisturizing and water-locking effect on the skin. The amount of lotion used is about twice that of essence, and it should be poured on the front end of the finger or the base of the thumb.

Step 3: Frost. Cream is usually used after lotion. It has the thickest texture of all skin care products and can lock in the effects of the above skin care products.

Do I need to wash off the cream?
