How to get rid of closed comedones The ultimate method to get rid of closed comedones

After entering summer, I see many fairies coming to talk about their troubles such as acne, closed comedones, blackheads, etc. It is not easy to solve the problem completely. At least we need to combine internal adjustment and external care.

Closed comedones

Acne is a word we hear often, but it seems that many people don’t really understand what it is.

In fact, comedones are divided into open comedones and closed comedones, and closed comedones are closed comedones, also known as whiteheads. (As for the white stuff coming out of the nose, it is not really whiteheads, I will explain it later.)

In order to prevent you from losing your appetite, I won’t post pictures here to disgust you.

Since closed pores are closed, the oil inside will not be oxidized, so they are usually hidden in the skin as a small white or pink package, forming small protrusions.

The reason why closed comedones are difficult to eliminate is that they may remain closed for life, or they may slowly grow into open comedones, but this takes at least 5 months.

There are two mechanisms for the formation of closed comedones. One is that the sebaceous glands of the hair follicles change and are stimulated by the internal male hormones, which increase the secretion of the sebaceous glands, block the pores, and thus form closed comedones. The other is the use of greasy and heavy skin care products, which lead to stuffy closed comedones, or hydration dermatitis caused by excessive hydration. (Overhydration means excessive water replenishment, which causes the sebaceous glands in the hair follicles to absorb too much water and swell, blocking the pores.)

Although we mentioned before when talking about toners that some toners are effective for closed comedones, for people with more severe closed comedones, it is difficult to solve the problem with toners alone.

For closed comedones, the most effective method is acid peeling. Although many people are afraid of acid peeling now, the key lies in whether the product is suitable for you.

For closed comedones, the most effective are A acid, salicylic acid, and azelaic acid. A acid (such as tretinoin cream or apadrine) is more effective but can be more irritating; azelaic acid (such as sildenafil cream) and salicylic acid are gentler but less effective. Life experts can choose according to their skin needs.

I will not give a specific product introduction here, because these acids may not be suitable for everyone. Some people’s closed comedones will heal after using them, but some people’s conditions will worsen over a large area, so lifestyle experts need to do their homework before purchasing.

Open comedones

To put it simply, open comedones include blackheads and pimples.

Blackheads are just blackheads. Relatively speaking, they are easier to solve than closed comedones, which Benny will talk about later.

Acne

Let’s start with the acne that we are most familiar with. For many people, acne is an unavoidable word during adolescence. A major cause of acne is excessive oil secretion. Excess oil in the skin stimulates the hair follicle epithelium, triggering an inflammatory response and inducing acne.

But it is not necessarily entirely caused by excessive oil, it may also be related to work and rest habits, endocrine system and psychological stress.

For example, because Benny has dry skin, she never had any acne during adolescence. But later in college, due to heavy academic workload and excessive mental stress, she developed six or seven pimples on her forehead, which never healed. Afterwards, I slept well for two days and relaxed, and the acne naturally went away. For example, some girls will get acne before their period because of changes in hormones in the body, which cause acne on the chin. When the menstruation is over, the acne on the chin will slowly disappear.

Acne is different from closed comedones. It is an open type of comedones. Although it is easier to eliminate, it also has the risk of causing inflammation. So try not to squeeze acne with your hands.

If the pimple has not yet produced white substances, do not squeeze it at this time. Squeezing it will be useless and will cause the pimple to become inflamed.

If it has already developed whiteheads (i.e. there is white stuff on the top of the pimple), this situation can be serious or minor. In mild cases, it may just be small pimples, but in severe cases, cysts may appear, so you must not squeeze it impulsively.
