How to regulate oily skin

How to regulate oily skin, how to improve oily skin, this is a problem that many beauty lovers are concerned about, oily skin and acne all over the face. It makes people feel even more at a loss. Let’s take a look at how to improve oily skin.

How to regulate oily skin

Wash your face with hot water first to open your pores, which can clean all the stains inside the pores. Too high a temperature may cause your capillaries to dilate, leading to more oil secretion. Therefore, water temperature of about 40 degrees is the most suitable. When washing your face with hot water, you should use facial cleanser, soap and other cleaning products, but when washing your face with cold water, you should not use them, because cold water can shrink pores and reduce sebum secretion. Wash your face with hot and cold water at least twice a day, morning and evening.

Choose water-based sunscreen

The ultraviolet rays in summer are very strong, so girls with oily skin can take good sun protection and oil control measures when going out. People with oily skin should choose sunscreen with strong water content and low oil content. After applying sunscreen, it is best to lightly touch your face with oil-absorbing paper or apply oil-control water to reduce the oily texture. Sunscreen mixed with skin care products is absorbed on the surface of the skin. If you don't remove makeup, it will easily clog the pores, preventing the skin from breathing normally, causing accumulation of subcutaneous oil. Not only will the skin become more and more oily, but acne and pimples may also form.

Use a moisturizing toner

Oily skin is often caused by dehydration and dryness. If the skin has an unbalanced balance of water and oil for a long time, it will easily become dry inside and oily outside. Therefore, as long as the skin is moisturized, it will not easily become greasy. Astringent water can inhibit the secretion of oil and shrink pores at the same time, but the alcohol content in astringent water will make the skin rough and dry, causing damage to the skin and aggravating the dryness of the skin. Therefore, it is recommended to use a moisturizing toner with a refreshing effect instead of astringent water.

Use a mild cleanser

If your skin is prone to dryness, you should avoid using high-strength alkaline cleansers, because these cleansers will make your face dry, which will in turn increase the secretion of oil, making your face oilier the more you wash. Therefore, it is recommended to use a milder cleanser for oily skin care. Although the stratum corneum of oily skin is relatively thick, the stratum corneum metabolism has its own renewal cycle. Oil secretion will indeed make the stratum corneum problem more serious, but frequent and excessive exfoliation can easily damage healthy skin. In order to protect the skin, the sebaceous glands will of course secrete more sebum.
