Facial massage can allow skin care products to fully integrate into the skin's stratum corneum. So what kind of facial massage technique is scientific?

Facial massage technique: Cheek flicking

1. Inhale, puff up your cheeks, and spread your four fingers apart;

2. Gently press your cheeks with your fingertips, exhale and relax after 5 seconds;

3. Repeat three times and then switch to the other side.

Facial massage technique 2: Horizontal lifting

1. Smile with only one side of your face. Start by raising the right corner of your mouth. Use your left hand to pull it up from the right corner of your mouth to the side of your face, and then stop.

2. Use your right hand to gently pull the excess fat on your face horizontally toward the right temple (pay attention to concentrate on doing this);

3. Stretch towards the temple, hold for 30 seconds, then switch to the other side. Do three sets for each face.

Facial massage technique three: upward lifting

1. Place your hands above your forehead with your index fingers forming a V shape;

2. Place your middle finger on your nose and lift your nose wing. Hold for 10 seconds and then return to your natural position.

3. Repeat three times for better results.

1. Massage your face constantly to make it firmer.

2. Practice pronouncing the standard English letters a, e, i, o, and u every day. This can exercise the muscles of your face, firm your skin, and improve your facial lines.

3. Regular facial care can make the skin elastic and firmer, so that the skin will not lose elasticity and become loose, and a big face will not be formed.

4. When matching accessories, be careful not to wear earrings that are too wide. Wear more medium-length or longer necklaces, or choose V-neck clothing, which will have the effect of lengthening your face.
