How to emulsify zero cleansing cream

Step 1: With dry hands and face, take a coin-sized amount of cleansing balm and apply it to your entire face and neck. Use fingertips to spread, massage all over face with light pressure, and guide behind the ears, then down to the collarbone. This is one process, which was repeated 3 times. If you feel a little pain, then do this procedure every night until the pain disappears and the skin is clear.

Step 2: Press your fingers lightly on the center of your forehead, press hard, count to 5, and then relax. Move your fingers slightly (from brow bone to hairline), continue pressing, count to 5, and then relax. Continue until the entire forehead is pressed.

Step 3: Place 3 fingers (index finger, middle finger, ring finger) on both sides of the nose under the eyes, gently hold them flat and apply pressure, count to 5, and relax. Slowly move your fingers from top to bottom, pressing and relaxing until you reach your jaw.

Step 4: Place your fingers above your upper lip, press firmly with your fingers, and hold for a count of 5, then relax. Continue with the left and right corners of your mouth. Repeat 3 times.

Step 5: Open your fingers like a fan, press your cheekbones, count to 5, then relax. All the way to the jaw.

Step 6: Place your thumb under your chin and the other four fingers on your chin, press and hold for a count of 5, then relax. Press down along the jawline all the way to the ears.

Step 7: Apply warm compress to your face with makeup remover gauze, take a deep breath through your nose and hold for 7 to 10 seconds. Repeat the hot compress 3 times. Wash the towel, wrap the towel around your hands, and focus on massaging the nose and chin blackheads. Then use circular massage to wash off the remaining makeup remover on your face. Finally, rinse the towel with cold water and apply it on your face to help shrink the open pores.
