Ginger Treatment

Choose large pieces of fresh ginger, cut them into 2/2 cm thick slices (large slices are preferred), and apply them to the areas with newly occurred frostbite for several days to prevent recurrence of frostbite. If frostbite has already occurred, you can boil ginger juice and kudzu root powder into a paste and apply it to the affected area twice each time. It will be effective after about three days.

Fengyoujing Treatment

Wash your hands with warm water, apply to the affected area, and gently rub with both hands until it becomes warm. Apply for about 5 minutes each time, three times a day, for three weeks. It is effective for those with the initial stage of frostbite, local redness, swelling and pain. Avoid use on ruptured frostbite. Before winter comes, regular application can also play a preventive role.

You can soak in warm water with a proper amount of beer for about 30 minutes each time, which can appropriately relieve the pain of frostbite. About 2 to 3 ml each time can achieve the effect of treating and preventing frostbite.

Ten drops of water treatment

What causes frostbite?

The main cause of frostbite is cold. The cause of this disease is that when frostbite patients encounter cold (0~10℃), humidity or sudden changes in temperature, local small arteries undergo local contraction, which over time causes paralysis and dilation of the arterial vessels, venous congestion and poor local blood circulation. In addition, the patient's own skin moisture, peripheral microvascular malformations, autonomic nervous system dysfunction, malnutrition and endocrine disorders may also be related to the onset of the disease. Lack of exercise, excessive sweating and moisture in the hands and feet, tight shoes and socks, and working outdoors in low temperatures for long periods of time can all lead to frostbite.
