After cleansing, take a light green Tai Chi Essence, rotate and pull out the cover, press the outer wall of the Essence, and drop the essence on the palm of your hand; dip your index or middle finger in it, apply it and gently pat it until absorbed. It will be more effective if combined with acupoint massage; take out a dark green Tai Chi Dan Oil, pinch the thin neck of the product with the index finger and wood of your left hand, and twist or cut the thin neck with your right hand; squeeze the essence in the Dan Oil into the palm of your hand, dip your index or middle finger in it, apply it and massage your face until it is completely absorbed.

Tai Chi Whitening Essence

1. Apply the dew evenly, from the center of the forehead to the temples on both sides, and then to the back of the ears along the lymph glands to the clavicle, repeat 3 times;

2. From the nose to the back of the ear, along the lymph glands to the clavicle, repeat 3 times;

3. From the middle of the chin to behind the ear, along the lymphatic path to the clavicle, repeat 3 times;

4. Finally, press the Yuji point for 30 seconds to 60 seconds to complete the massage.

Tai Chi Huanyou Dan Oil

1. Apply the Dan oil evenly, wrap it with both hands alternately, from the chin to the corners of the mouth to the base of the ears, repeat the action 5 times, and then press the base of the ears lightly;

2. Use the same method from the corner of the mouth to the middle of the ear and behind the ear, repeat 5 times, and press lightly in the ear;

3. Use the same method from the nose to the temple, repeat 5 times, press lightly on the temple, and massage the other side;

4. Lift your forehead upward with both hands, repeat 5 times, and then lightly press your temples;

5. Finally, gently press the Sibai point and stay for 60 seconds.
