Everyone is familiar with chloasma. Chloasma also troubles many female friends in life. When chloasma occurs, we must not only do a good job of correct treatment but also have the correct nursing and health care methods to help everyone get rid of the troubles of chloasma as soon as possible. So where should the nursing and health care of chloasma start?

Where should we start with the care and health care of melasma?

1. Eat less greasy, spicy, and sticky foods, avoid smoking and drinking, and do not drink too strong coffee.

2. Wear sunscreen, because wrinkles and chloasma are mostly caused by photoaging. Therefore, you should start to protect yourself from the sun from adolescence. Hats, parasols, and sunscreen skin care products are all good helpers in sun protection.

3. Chloasma is related to disease. If you are sick, you should seek medical treatment, especially gynecological diseases. If you find breast hyperplasia, dysmenorrhea, irregular menstruation, etc., you should see a doctor.

4. Patients with chloasma should supplement sugar appropriately in the summer, because organs such as the liver, kidneys, and spleen need sugar, and women with healthy organs have dark hair and rosy skin.

5. Don't be anxious, irritable or depressed. Maintain a calm mind and a good mood. Learn to regulate your emotions and deal with work pressure. Chloasma patients need proper rest to release stress for themselves.

6. Choose appropriate skin care products. Many patients with chloasma have a history of using inferior, expired, and irritating cosmetics. Patients with chloasma should use cosmetics with caution and should not apply cosmetics thickly to cover up chloasma, which will aggravate the chloasma.

7. Patients with chloasma should eat more foods containing vitamin C, vitamin E and protein, such as: tomatoes, lemons, fresh dates, sesame seeds, walnuts, coix seeds, peanuts, lean meat, and Shandong dishes. Vitamin C can inhibit the conversion of metabolic waste into colored substances, thereby reducing the production of melanin. Vitamin E can promote blood circulation and protein can promote the physiological function of the skin.

8. Sleep and diet are very important for skin with melasma, especially sleep. Even if it is just closing your eyes for 10 minutes, the skin will be radiant only when it is not lacking in oxygen and water. At the same time, you should drink more water, more soup, and eat more fruits. Of course, the high-quality protein in eggs and lean meat is also helpful for smooth and delicate skin.
