Peach kernels are rich in vitamin E and vitamin B6, which not only help the skin resist oxidation but also reduce the damage of ultraviolet rays. The moisturizing effect of honey makes the mask more effective. Dry the winter melon seeds and peach kernels and grind them into fine powder. Add appropriate amount of honey and mix into a viscous paste. Apply to spots every night before going to bed and wash off the next morning. It has the effect of nourishing the kidney and benefiting the skin. Suitable for skin with pigmentation and dark spots.

(4) Milk and walnut drink: 200 grams each of milk, soy milk and black sesame seeds, and 300 grams of walnuts. Put walnuts and sesame seeds into a small stone mill; mix milk and soy milk, slowly pour into the small stone mill and grind while pouring. After grinding, pour into the pot and boil, then add a small amount of white sugar to season. You can also beat in raw eggs while boiling and stir while cooking. Take once a day, 1 small bowl each time. Can be eaten frequently.

(5) Hawthorn and tangerine peel drink: Take appropriate amounts of hawthorn and tangerine peel, add water and boil together, wait until cool, filter the residue with gauze to obtain the juice and add honey.

(6) Skin beautifying juice: 100g snow pear, 200g sugar cane, 300g grapes, 100g honey. Wash the pears, sugar cane and grapes, blend the juice and remove the residue, mix with honey and bottle for later use. Take 10 ml each morning and evening, mixed with boiled water.

(7) Spot-eliminating drink: 100 grams each of soybean, mung bean and red bean, and appropriate amount of white sugar. Wash the above beans, soak them until they swell, then mix and mash the juice. Add appropriate amount of water and boil it. Season with sugar and drink it 3 times a day.

(8) Goat milk egg custard: 250 ml goat milk, 2 eggs, 50 g rock sugar. Use an appropriate amount of clean water to dissolve the rock sugar, pour in goat milk and boil, beat in the eggs, stir evenly and boil, then it is ready to eat.

(9) Three-kernel Beauty Porridge: 10 grams each of peach kernel, sweet almond and ginkgo kernel, 1 egg, 10 grams of rock sugar and 50 grams of glutinous rice. Grind peach kernel and other 3 ingredients into fine powder; wash the polished rice clean, put it in a casserole, add peach kernel and other 3 Chinese medicinal powders and appropriate amount of water, boil over high heat, beat in eggs, and simmer the porridge over low heat. When the porridge is ready, add sugar and mix well. Take 1 dose daily with breakfast. One course of treatment is 20 doses, and the next course can be continued after a break of 5 days.
