Therefore, experts recommend drinking a glass of warm boiled water on an empty stomach after getting up in the morning, and make sure to drink about 1500 ml of water every day. And do not hold your urine, because there are a lot of toxins in the urine. If they are not excreted in time, they will be reabsorbed and endanger your health.


The basis for drinking 8 glasses of water a day is that the human body loses about 1800~2000 ml of water every day through urine, sweat or skin evaporation. After deducting the 1000~1200 ml of water ingested from food in three meals, we only need to drink 1000~1200 ml of boiled water every day to basically complete the task. If the environment is a little drier or you exercise a little more, then drinking 8 cups of water (200 ml) a day is just right. For women, adequate water intake can maintain cell moisture and cell elasticity, so the skin will be shiny and plump, and wrinkles will be less likely to form.


The truly effective way to drink water is to drink a whole glass of water (about 200~250 ml) in one breath. It is difficult for the body to truly absorb and utilize it if you just take a few sips. Eight glasses of water a day are good for your health. Experts recommend that the best times to drink water are 6:30, 8:00, 11:00, 13:00, 15:30, 17:00, 18:30, and 21:00.
