What is the difference between combination dry skin and combination oily skin

Many people have different skin types, some have dry skin and some have oily skin. What is combination dry skin? What is the difference between combination skin and oily skin?

What is combination skin?

Step 1: Take a piece of oil-absorbing paper (you can also use a paper towel instead) and wrap it around your thumb.

Step 2: Use the thumb wrapped in the paper to push your forehead flat, smooth the bridge of your nose, and check for grease on the paper.

Step 3: Change a piece of paper and use the same technique to push both cheeks flatly to check the grease on the paper.

Test results:

1. If your first and second papers are obviously grease-free, and you can clearly feel the friction when wiping. Then you have dry skin.

2. If your first piece of paper has a small amount of oil stains, the second one will have no oil stains. Then you have a neutral T-zone and combination to dry cheeks.

3. If there is obvious grease on your first sheet, there is none on the second sheet. Then you obviously have a large oil field in the T-zone and mixed oiliness.

4. If there is a lot of grease on your first sheet, the same will be true on the second sheet. Then you have oily skin.

The difference between combination dry skin and combination oily skin

Combination skin refers to skin with oily T-zone and non-oily U-zone, which is further divided into combination oily skin and combination dry skin. Combination skin is prone to problems such as blackheads, whiteheads, and acne clogged pores. Combination dry skin is prone to spots, the cheeks are prone to peeling due to lack of water, and wrinkles around the eyes are more obvious. Choose the right skin care products according to the season. Combination skin is most likely to change with the seasons. It is best to treat oily and dry areas separately when applying makeup on a daily basis. When choosing skin care products for the T zone, refer to the standards for oily skin. The U zone and other parts can be cared for as normal or dry skin. That’s all.

Okay, that’s all I have to say about combination to dry skin. I hope you all understand.
