Is Clinique Butter a lotion or a cream?

Clinique Butter is a moisturizing gel, neither a lotion nor a cream, but it can be used as a daily moisturizing lotion. The texture of butter is between water and lotion, and it has an introduction effect. It should be used after cleansing soap and cleansing water (toner). After using the butter, use essence, day cream/night cream, isolation/sunscreen.

How to use Clinique Butter

After washing your face and applying toner, take moisturizer, apply it on your face and gently spread it on. Take twice a day, morning and evening. When the skin is particularly dry, you can also apply it where needed.

Two types of Clinique butter

There are two formulas of Clinique Body Lotion (Butter) on the market, namely the classic Clinique Body Lotion (Butter) containing oil, and the gel formula without oil (oil-free butter). For dry skin, or skin in winter and dry environment, Clinique Body Lotion (Butter) will have a better moisturizing effect. The gel formula does not contain oil and is mainly composed of water-based moisturizing ingredients. It is suitable for skin with normal oil secretion or skin that is oily on the outside but dry on the inside.
