Measure with an ammeter

The first step is to prepare a normal ammeter, turn on the power, connect the positive and negative test leads, and adjust the current value to zero, as shown in the figure;

The second step is to take out the refa beauty instrument, touch the positive pole of the ammeter (red test lead) to the roller of the beauty instrument, and touch the negative pole of the ammeter (black test lead) to the handle of the beauty instrument;

The third step is to observe the galvanometer index. If the value changes, it means that the refa beauty instrument has microcurrent. Even a newly unpacked RefA can measure microcurrents.
