So no matter how afraid of the cold you are, you should insist on using facial mask in winter.

Warm the mask before applying

The weather is very cold in winter, and it takes courage to apply an icy cold facial mask. When cleaning your face, it is best to put the mask together with its packaging into 45°C water and soak it for 5 minutes. If the temperature is too high or the heating time is too long, the ingredients of the mask will be destroyed. 45℃ is slightly higher than the normal body temperature of 36.8℃, and is a relatively safe temperature for unstable components. After soaking for 5 minutes, the temperature of the mask will be almost the same as that of the human body. The warm mask can open the pores and make it easier to absorb. At the same time, the warm feeling is very comfortable.

But heating is only applicable to all facial masks and is not applicable at all to whitening masks! This is because the vitamin C, amino acids, and last year's hot ingredient, physalis acid in whitening masks are all unstable ingredients, and they will be useless if heated. The ingredients in moisturizing, cleansing, firming, and cell activating masks are relatively stable, and heating can actually help promote absorption.
