Stewed Pear with Honey and Rock Sugar

Main ingredients: 1 snow pear, rock sugar (appropriate amount), honey (appropriate amount)

practice:

1. Wash and peel the pear, remove the core, cut into two halves and set aside. Crush the rock sugar into appropriate pieces.

2. After removing the core of the pear, there will be a small hole in the middle. Place the crushed rock sugar evenly in the small hole.
