3. Gravity wrinkles

Wrinkles that appear after the age of 40, commonly known as knife-cut lines, are caused by the relaxation of skin and soft tissue plus the double impact of gravity. As we age, everything droops down, including the eye sockets, zygomatic arches, jaw area, and neck.


Wrinkle-removing massage techniques and steps


STEP 1: Anti-wrinkle massage starts from the forehead. Apply facial massage cream to the pads of your fingers.

STEP 2: The wrinkles on the forehead, also known as the "Chuan" lines, are a big taboo for young people, so this area should be massaged with the same hand gestures as skin care, and the movements are also from the forehead upwards.

STEP 3: The area between the eyebrows. Some people like to frown or curl their noses when they smile, which will also cause small wrinkles. When massaging this area, you should first use the index and middle fingers of one hand to stretch the center of your eyebrows, and then move your other hand up and down in the middle.

STEP4: Then do anti-wrinkle massage around the eyes. The eye bags under the lower eyelid are the focus, because there are many fine wrinkles in this area, so the force should be gentler.

STEP 5: Crow's feet. You need to put more effort into anti-wrinkle massage in this area. First, use the index and middle fingers of one hand to open the crow's feet, and then use the index finger of the other hand to gently press and rub back and forth along the wrinkles.

STEP 6: Use more massage cream when massaging your cheeks, and the gestures are similar to skin care exercises.
