1. Dry skin

You can use whitening and moisturizing products with extremely strong penetration power to fully moisturize the stratum corneum on the skin, absorb it strongly, and soften the stratum corneum, so that it can be easily removed. Then apply whitening and moisturizing lotion or essence to deliver moisture to the innermost layer of dry skin.

2. Oily skin

Oily skin, which is the opposite of dry skin, also has a set of methods to remove spots on oily skin. The dermis of oily skin is thicker and tends to harden gradually, which makes it easy for aged keratin to accumulate. Because keratinocytes are the previous stage of melanocyte production, if you want to remove melanin, you have to start with the aged keratin. Disordered keratinization can also cause the deposition of melanin. 3. Sensitive skin

Sensitive skin is called sensitive because the epidermis of this skin is thinner and is more sensitive to external stimuli, especially ultraviolet rays, and its protection is weaker. Therefore, special sun protection work must be done. Otherwise, excessive exposure to ultraviolet rays will increase the melanin content, which requires the use of more sunscreen and whitening products.

4. Congenital pigmented skin

There is a kind of congenital pigmentation, which is formed through inheritance. This kind of spots appear early and are particularly stubborn. For this kind of skin, we need to pay attention to improving the transparency of the skin in daily life, and use whitening products especially when working late at night.

1. Sun protection

This is very important! Because pigmentation is most afraid of sunlight. Excessive exposure to sunlight or X-rays or ultraviolet rays can trigger pigmentation and aggravate it. Even fluorescent lamps used for indoor lighting can aggravate pigmentation by stimulating ultraviolet rays, so pigmentation can be considered a physical damage skin disease. Sun exposure can increase the activity of melanin, causing an increase in the melanin content in the basal layer of the epidermis and the formation of spots. From this we can see that sun exposure is an essential factor in the occurrence of pigmentation, so patients should try to avoid prolonged sun exposure, especially in summer.

2. Stay away from radiation

Including various glass shell display screens, various fluorescent lamps, X-ray machines, ultraviolet irradiators, etc. These adverse stimuli can produce similar consequences to strong sunlight exposure, and may even cause more damage than sunlight exposure, resulting in worsening of pigmentation.

3. Say no to inferior cosmetics

4. Get rid of bad habits

Quit bad habits such as smoking, drinking, staying up late, etc. Drink more water and eat more vegetables and fruits, such as tomatoes, cucumbers, strawberries, peaches, etc. Take some rest and get enough sleep. Lack of sleep can easily cause dark circles under the eyes and make the skin gray and dark. Keep a good mood.
