The reasons for the formation of various spots are difficult to remove. That's because you don't understand the reasons for the spots.

Today I have analyzed the causes of various spots. Many people don’t quite understand the causes of some spots, so let’s take a look at my analysis below.

Causes of various spots

Let’s first look at the types and causes of various spots

1. Freckles: Most of them are hereditary and often occur in brothers and sisters. They are not present at birth and become obvious during puberty. They are distributed on the face and various parts of the body. They are like millet grains, light brown or dark brown in color, and round in shape. Most of the hands and feet also have them.

2. Dehydration spots: Long-term lack of moisture or malnutrition of the skin (improper maintenance) causes cells to lack water or nutrition, resulting in damage or death, and triggering poor melanin metabolism, forming irregular spots of varying sizes. Almost everyone has them, it’s just a matter of quantity, and the color changes from yellowish brown to brown to dark brown. This type of people need to drink plenty of water and not let their bodies be dehydrated.

3. Age spots: Floating on the surface, due to long-term lack of maintenance, skin aging or ovarian function damage. Everyone will have uterine tumors. There are two types: concave and uneven - slower to repair; slightly convex and uneven - faster to repair.

4. Sun spots: Excessive sun exposure increases the amount of melanin in the bottom layer of the skin and gradually accumulates on the surface of the skin. Most of them are in the form of flakes or blocks, and are yellow or brown in color.

5. Radiation spots: The causes are similar to those of sun spots, both are caused by radiation. They are particularly common among mobile phone and computer users. One of my friend is like this. He didn’t have spots before, but after staring at his phone and computer every day, he developed spots on his face.

6. Liver spots: Also known as chloasma, most patients are middle-aged women, especially after menopause. The cheeks, forehead, eye circles, nose wings, lips, chin, etc. are all parts of the skin that are exposed to light, especially the cheeks. They will form a symmetrical appearance, different sizes, and irregular shapes. The spots are mostly light brown or dark brown, and some cross the bridge of the nose, like a butterfly, so some people call it "butterfly spots."

7. Fecal retention spots: These spots are caused by long-term obstructed bowel movements. The waste in the body is not eliminated in time, resulting in melanin precipitation on the face, forming spots. You should pay attention to this. You can drink a glass of warm water in the morning, pay attention to more exercise, eat more vegetables and fruits, and maintain a good mood.
