Today I bring you some daily skin care methods. Friends who are still troubled by daily skin care, hurry up and try these methods of mine.

Every woman wants to have perfect skin, as white, soft and smooth as a baby's. If you just lazily wash your face all day long and don't do any maintenance, it is impossible to have good skin. But if you are willing to work hard and persevere, and do these nine points every day, your dream will come true.

1. Relax.

Stress can cause acne and pimples. Take some time each day to relax and take a nap. If you have stress problems, talk to a friend, doctor, or family member you trust.

2. Make sure your pillow is always clean

It's also helpful to tie your hair back at night because it keeps the dirt out of your hair and away from your face.

3. If your skin is very dry, use some olive oil, coconut oil or shea butter on your face (coconut oil is recommended).

Heat the solid oil in the microwave to make it liquid, and apply it on your face after washing it with facial cleanser. You can find these oils at your local produce market or grocery store.

4. Remember to remove makeup.

Makeup can clog your pores while you sleep, causing problems like pustules and blackheads. No matter how tired you feel, you must remove your makeup, including the last layer of foundation. Also, consider swapping out heavy foundation for mineral makeup.
