However, exfoliating facial cleansers can be used to exfoliate, but they are generally very irritating to the skin, so it is not recommended to use them frequently. People with sensitive skin should also use exfoliating facial cleansers with caution.

How to use facial cleanser to exfoliate:

First, wet your face with clean water, then squeeze out the facial cleanser and apply it on your face. After applying it evenly, rub and massage continuously, especially the areas with thicker stratum corneum. Rub for one to two minutes, then wash it off with warm water. Finally, wipe off the water stains and apply skin care products.

How to exfoliate with regular facial cleanser:

Even facial cleansers that don't have exfoliating properties can still exfoliate. The method is to add granulated sugar to the facial cleanser, mix the granulated sugar and facial cleanser evenly, then apply it on the face and rub it. However, since the particles of granulated sugar are relatively sharp, you must move very gently at the beginning to avoid scratching the skin. Wait until the granulated sugar slowly melts, then you can use a little force. When the granulated sugar is completely melted, you can wash it off with warm water and apply skin care products.

1. Don’t use facial cleansers to exfoliate frequently
