3) Cut the angelica into thin slices.

4) Put the sliced ​​angelica into the pot, add appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium-low heat and cook for 15 minutes.

5) Put the eggs in a pot, add cold water to cover the eggs and boil over medium heat until cooked.

6) Take out the egg, soak it in cold water, peel off the eggshell, and prick the surface of the egg white with a fork.

7) Put the peeled eggs into the angelica water, turn to high heat, bring to a boil, then turn to medium-low heat and continue cooking for about 10 minutes.

8) Add brown sugar and cook until the sugar is dissolved.

9) Let it cool until warm and then you can eat it.

Red Date Brown Sugar Ginger Water

Ingredients: 6 jujubes, 1 piece of ginger, 1 spoon of brown sugar, appropriate amount of water

practice:

1) Soak the jujube in water and scrub it carefully with a toothbrush, especially the dust in the cracks of the jujube skin.

2) Cut the washed dates into slices

3) Wash and cut the ginger into slices

4) Place the jujube slices and ginger slices in a cooking pot

5) Add appropriate amount of water and soak for about 10 minutes

6) Turn on the fire and bring the water to a boil

7) Add brown sugar

8) Continue to simmer over low heat

Ingredients: 500g mutton, 20g angelica, 20g red dates, 10g longan meat, 10g wolfberry, ginger as needed

Ingredients: 10g angelica, 80g red dates, 10g astragalus, 3 eggs, some brown sugar

practice:

1) Prepare the materials

3) Peel the cooked eggs, poke some small holes on the surface of the eggs with a toothpick, and cook them with angelica so that the flavor can penetrate into the eggs more easily.

4) Put the angelica and astragalus into the pot, add 3 large bowls of water and boil.

5) Turn to low heat and add red dates

6) Add eggs, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat until the soup is a bowl, about 40 minutes

7) Add brown sugar and cook for three or four minutes.
