Do you need to apply sunscreen every day? This is not necessarily the case.

1. Outdoor on a cloudy day

The UV intensity on a cloudy day is about 70% of that on a sunny day, which is quite high. In the absence of sun protection measures such as parasols, sunglasses, sun hats, sun masks and scarves, try to apply sunscreen, which can be slightly weaker than the sun protection on sunny days, especially in seasons or periods with strong ultraviolet rays.

2. When you are outdoors with sun umbrellas or other means of sun protection

In spring, summer and autumn, you need to wipe it; in winter, as mentioned above, it depends on your mood! Holding up an anti-UV umbrella is the most cost-effective way to protect yourself from the sun when you go out. It can block the strongest UV rays at noon into weak ones at 6 or 7 o'clock in the morning (don't be too absolute, just block the areas that are affected). Therefore, after equipping yourself with sun protection measures such as parasols, sunglasses, sun hats, sun masks and scarves, basically no one will recognize you when you go out! It’s better to apply some sunscreen and don’t cover yourself up like a dumpling.

3. No sun protection measures outdoors

For example, when swimming, or when sun protection measures are not effective (such as during military training), you must apply sunscreen! The UV index is used to measure the intensity of ultraviolet rays. The generally predicted UV index is the value at noon when the ultraviolet rays are the strongest in the day.
