Kat Von D Six-Color Contour Palette

This kvd contouring palette is my favorite among all the contouring palettes I have bought. The colors range from dark to light and from cool to warm, which can almost meet the contouring needs of all my makeup.

Generally, the light brown one in the middle is the one I use most for contouring. It doesn’t make my face look yellow or red, and it looks very natural. I use the gray contouring when applying cool-colored makeup such as blue, purple, pink, etc. When I have a darker skin tone when I am wearing heavy makeup, smoky eyes, or tanning, I will use the darkest brown to contour.

I usually use the three matte highlights with their corresponding contouring products. After contouring and before blush highlighting, use a brush to lightly apply it on the center of the forehead, the bridge of the nose, the middle of the chin, and the cheeks on both sides of the nose under the eyes. Make the facial structure more three-dimensional and the makeup cleaner.
In fact, I have also bought six-color contouring products from other brands. The reason why I prefer this one is that its powder is very soft and not very pressed, so it is easy to apply the powder. Although it is pigmented on the face, it blends smoothly and can be easily blended to look natural. You won't have to apply the brush several times before you can see where you have contoured, or find that it is too dark and you can't blend it, or that your makeup will be scratched after you apply it with the brush.
