Which should I use first, primer or lotion? Remember to use the right order for skin care

Isolation belongs to the category of makeup, while the principle of skin care is to do skin care first and then makeup. So use lotion first and then primer.

Can I put on makeup directly after using lotion?

First, please check whether your lotion is a day cream/day milk or an ordinary moisturizing lotion. If it is a day cream/day lotion, or even has an SPF value, you can completely skip the primer step and apply foundation directly, because the lotion can provide a safe isolation effect. Unless you want to modify your yellow skin tone, in which case you can choose a primer that has skin tone modifying effects, or a purple makeup base. The only exception is if you think the SPF of your lotion is not high enough.

If your lotion is just a bottle of ordinary moisturizing lotion, then read the instructions carefully. If you don’t wear makeup, I still recommend using a primer. This is not for the purpose of isolating your makeup, but for the purpose of isolating your ultraviolet rays. Even if your foundation has SPF 12 or SPF 15, we all know that the thinner the foundation is, the better. Sweating and moving can easily cause the foundation to fall off. If you don't touch up your makeup in time, the sun protection effect will be worrying.

If your lotion doesn’t clearly state whether you can wear it directly over makeup, just to be on the safe side, you should use a primer. There’s no harm in that.

Can isolation cream isolate computer radiation?

This is also a question that many JMs are concerned about. My personal answer is no. Most of the computer radiation is low-frequency radiation with a wavelength of about 6.5cm, while isolation cream and sunscreen mainly target ultraviolet rays with a wavelength of 0.01-0.40 microns. JMs can think about what effect it will have on computer radiation?

However, isolation cream does have certain benefits for computer users. That's because in addition to the radiation that can cause harm to the human body, the static electricity effect of the computer screen will absorb a large amount of dust in the air. In short, when using a computer, our skin is in a rather "dirty" environment. As mentioned earlier, one of the functions of isolation cream is to isolate the dust in the air. Similarly, applying isolation cream when using a computer can reduce the damage of dust to the skin. But if you are using a bottle of day lotion, primer is not necessary.
