1. The machine may be running out of power. Please charge it fully and try again.

2. Air may have entered the water tank. You can shake the machine, turn on the switch and try again.

3. It is possible that when the spray head is atomizing, the water mist forms water droplets that block the nozzle. You can wipe it with a cotton swab.

4. It may be a problem with the water. Some tap water will not spray out mist. It is more appropriate to use mineral water as much as possible.

How to use the water replenishment instrument correctly

1. Rinse the water replenisher with clean water first, and pour the mineral water to be added into the water replenisher.

2. Turn on the hydrating device and fix the position of the hydrating device at a 45-degree angle on the face, 15 cm away from the skin.
