What is the difference between toner and hydrosol?

1. Different ingredients

The most important thing is that the ingredients are different, that is, the formula is different. General lotion is composed of a variety of ingredients. In order to achieve the effects of whitening, hydrating, refreshing, astringent, calming, etc., many ingredients need to be added to it, even if some ingredients are in trace amounts. Simply put, different functional toners are made up of various ingredients, while pure dew has a single ingredient, which is the plant itself.

2. Different levels of skin absorption

Moisturizing is only effective if it is absorbed by the skin. If it just stays on the surface of the skin, the skin will still be thirsty. Hydrosol is composed of small molecular structure and has strong penetrating power. It can penetrate the skin surface well and be absorbed by the skin. On the other hand, toner is composed of large molecular structure and is more difficult for the skin to absorb.

How to use wet compress

1. Prepare several pieces of Unicharm cosmetic cotton or a compressed facial mask and a bottle of hydrosol.

2. Find a container and pour enough pure water into it, then throw the compressed mask in until it is completely soaked and the water can be drained out. Then gently apply it on your face for 10-15 minutes and then remove it. No need to clean again, just follow up with lotion and moisturizer.

3. But compared to using a compressed mask, I prefer to apply it directly with a cotton pad. I usually use 5 cotton pads and apply them on my forehead, chin, cheeks and nose respectively.
