How much SPF is suitable for military training sunscreen? Will SPF50 sunscreen hurt the skin?

The sun is scorching, and in order to avoid sunburn during military training, beauties have to apply sunscreen. So what is the appropriate SPF of sunscreen for military training?

How much SPF is suitable for military training sunscreen

If the sun is very strong and you are doing military training outdoors, the sunscreen should generally be above SPF30 and have a PA rating of several ++, and be waterproof so that it will not be washed away by sweat. Especially for long-term exposure to the sun, a higher sun protection index is required, and SPF50 is commonly used. Of course, if there is little sunlight or you are indoors, the SPF index will be lowered accordingly.

Does spf50 sunscreen damage the skin?

It depends. It is not necessarily the case that the higher the SPF of a sunscreen, the more harmful it is to the skin. Whether it is harmful to the skin depends on the composition of the sunscreen. If the sunscreen you choose to buy is an inferior brand rather than a regular brand, the higher the SPF, the greater the possibility of damage to your skin. If the sunscreen you choose to buy is purely physical, it will not cause much harm to your skin even if the SPF is high.

Is the higher the SPF of sunscreen, the better?

It is not necessarily the case that the higher the SPF of a sunscreen, the better. The higher the SPF of a sunscreen, the stronger its ability to protect against ultraviolet rays, but it is not necessarily better. The quality of sunscreen depends on the quality of its ingredients. If the ingredients are of inferior quality, the higher the SPF, the greater the damage to human skin.

What is the best sunscreen index?

1. If you are indoors, the sunscreen index does not need to be too high, just use SPF15-25PA+ sunscreen.

2. If you are outdoors, the sun protection factor of the sunscreen should be higher than that indoors, and you should use sunscreen with APF25-35PA++.

3. If you are swimming or diving, you should use sunscreen with SPF30PA+++ or above.
