How is CeraVe CeraVe facial cleanser? CeraVe facial cleanser ingredients

As an American cosmeceutical brand, Cerave is loved by many young skin types for its gentle, safe and effective ingredients. Its facial cleanser is also one of its popular products. Today we will analyze what is good about this facial cleanser from the perspective of ingredients.

How is CeraVe Facial Cleanser?

No soap, no fluorescent agent, no preservatives... absolutely gentle formula, so gentle that people with sensitive skin will fall in love with it as soon as they wash it! Although it is specially designed for sensitive skin, it also has the function of removing makeup. The cleaning power can definitely satisfy oily and acne-prone skin, allowing you to experience a gentle and hassle-free cleansing process without any disappointment.

First of all, from the ingredient point of view, it contains two amino acid surfactant ingredients, sodium lauroyl sarcosinate and sodium methyl cocoyl taurate, both of which have excellent cleaning power and are less irritating than SLS. They can mix oil and dirt and rinse them away. Amino acids + betaine are also the standard configuration of the more common mild cleaning products.

In addition, the moisturizing ingredients in it are also full of sincerity, including common glycerin, hyaluronic acid, propylene glycol, as well as niacinamide and various ceramides, which can repair the skin barrier while moisturizing. Most people think that niacinamide is a whitening ingredient, but in fact its water storage effect is also very strong. It can always maintain the skin's moisture content and promote microcirculation in the dermis.

Add to that the triple-natural amides, and it’s like repairing our skin barrier right from the moment you wash your face, moisturizing the skin, strengthening and strengthening the ability to lock in moisture, and improving the imbalance of water and oil. It’s great news for oily and sensitive skin!

The capacity of this facial cleanser is amazing. Compared with similar amino acid cleansers, its ingredients and capacity can be said to be extremely cost-effective. Students can also buy it! The pump head is designed to be pressed and locked by rotating, effectively preventing air bacterial contamination. It has a transparent gel texture when squeezed out, and no fragrance is added, so the light smell makes washing safe~

As an amino acid cleanser, it does not contain any foaming agents, but its foaming ability is still good. One pump can produce very fine foam without a foaming net. If used with a foaming net, half a pump is more than enough.

Cerave facial cleanser ingredients

Cheap and large is the way to describe this CeraVe facial cleanser. CeraVe is most famous for this facial cleanser. It comes in two varieties, one for normal to oily skin and the other for dry skin. Both are good and gentle enough for babies.

The facial cleanser mainly contains Purified Water, Cocamidopropyl Hydrosultaine (mild surfactant), Glycerin, Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate (mild surfactant), PEG 150 Pentaerythrityl Tetrastearate (and), PEG 6 Caprylic/Capric Glycerides, Niacinamide (nicotinamide-not used in facial cleansers), Propylene Glycol, Sodium Methyl Cocoyl Taurate (mild surfactant), Ceramide 1 (ceramide-not used in facial cleansers), Hyaluronic Acid (hyaluronic acid-moisturizer), Cholesterol (cholesterol-NMF), Sodium Chloride, Phytosphingosine (phytosphingosine and other ingredients.

Its ingredients are excellent, but unfortunately the niacinamide and ceramide have little effect on facial cleansers. At most, they can help your skin not feel so dry after washing. In terms of the feeling of use, the skin does not feel tight after washing, it is a little slippery but acceptable.
