Or you can put them in a cloth bag and hang them on the shower head for a shower. 3. When taking a bath with bath salts, the general dosage for adults is 70 grams and for children is 50 grams. The time should be controlled within 15-30 minutes. It should be noted that people with oily skin can simply mix bath salts and water; those with dry skin can mix half a spoonful of bath salts, a spoonful of water-soluble or weak oily massage cream with water and use. If you feel unwell, get up slowly and rest in a warm and ventilated place. People with high blood pressure and poor heart function should not take a bath for too long, the water temperature should not be too high, and the soaking water level should not exceed the chest cavity; patients with low blood pressure should not use bath salts containing lavender.
