After cleansing, apply toner first, then gently shake the CPB water-grinded essence (be sure to shake it before use); take about a 1-yuan coin-sized amount of essence on a cotton pad, apply it on the face and massage. When applying it on the face, it is recommended to apply it against the pores to allow the essence to penetrate into the pores; after applying it all over the face, you can continue to massage the rough areas, but don't massage too much, 1 to 2 times will be enough.

For the wet compress method, first soak the cotton pad with essence. I use Marusan cotton pads, and you can tear four or five pieces from one cotton pad (usually I apply it to my nose, but I had acne under my mouth that day so I applied it to my chin). Wet compress will be more effective than patting.
