South Korea's new ceramide skin care brand "My Skin Solus" officially landed in the Chinese market

Cerapyome is a new generation of ceramide ingredients, which is enhanced by the combination of ceramides and phytosphingosine and has the effect of improving the microbial flora of the skin layer. Myskin Solus has developed an ingredient that protects the skin by enhancing the skin's original metabolic capacity through long-term research on yeast fermentation and microbiome efficacy.



Microbiome is a term that combines the words microorganism and biome, meaning “ecosystem of microorganisms.” We have many microbes in our bodies, each with different genes and functions. A typical area where microbiome technology is used is in gut health, where the gut flora of people with healthy guts is compared to the gut flora of people with digestive symptoms (such as diarrhea or constipation) and taken daily after culturing large quantities of specific strains. Recently, this microbiome technology is becoming a hot keyword in the beauty industry.


Skin suffering from skin allergies, acne and other diseases is caused by the increase of a certain type of bacteria. Compared with healthy skin, the balance of the microbiome is broken. Healthy skin, on the other hand, maintains its natural microbiome diversity and balance. Since microorganisms exist on the surface of the skin, the most important thing for healthy skin is to maintain a balance of microorganisms present in the skin. My skin solus has been researching the effects of ceramide and phytosphingosine Cerapyome. Ceramide can effectively strengthen the skin barrier, moisturize and anti-aging; phytosphingosine is present in very small amounts in the skin, but has multiple functions in physiological activities, such as improving the moisture content in the skin barrier, skin regeneration, anti-aging and anti-inflammation.


The My Skin Solus Institute also conducted a study to measure changes in the skin microbiome. By applying a cream containing Cerapyome twice a day for two weeks. The result was that the diversity of the microbiome was maintained, and the increase in the types and numbers of the microbiome was statistically significant. Among them, two types of bacteria known as opportunistic infection bacteria were significantly reduced, proving that Cerapyome is an important component in improving the skin microbiome.



My Skin Solus developers said: “The results of the study showed that when using a cream containing Cerapyome, the skin microbiome can be improved, resulting in an increase in the skin’s moisture content, an improvement in the skin barrier, and a decrease in the erythema index and sebum secretion, which means that skin redness is reduced.”


On the other hand, My Skin Solus is introducing a basic care product made by adding microbial fermentation technology to Cerapyome, which has the same structure as ceramide, which is present in more than 40% of human skin lipids.


The Cerapyome series of products, independently produced and sold in South Korea, include three products: "Toner", "Essence" and "Cream". They are suitable for all skin types and can effectively relieve various skin problems. In addition, all products contain Cerapyome and 8 types of hyaluronic acid to make the skin more moisturized and healthy.



Currently, "My Skin Solus" has entered South Korea's high-end beauty chain store "CHICOR" and Hyundai Department Store, and has launched cross-border direct mail services to Chinese consumers through live streaming in the Chinese market. The person in charge of "My Skin Solus" said that China is their most important overseas market, and they believe that through the unique efficacy and R&D advantages of the product, it will soon capture the hearts of Chinese consumers.
