Five kinds of beauty soup recipes

Every day when I get home and drink a bowl of delicious and nutritious soup, I feel very relaxed and the feeling of happiness fills my heart. What's more, delicious soup also has the effect of beautifying and nourishing the skin.

1. Motherwort and Black Fungus

Motherwort and black fungus soup is one of the auxiliary dietary therapies for preventing and treating abdominal pain during menstruation caused by cold invasion and stagnation of qi and blood in women. It can promote blood circulation, activate collaterals and nourish blood. If you often have cold hands and feet in winter, add 10 grams of cinnamon twig. Fresh motherwort and black fungus soup can also be a delicious vegetarian soup in summer.

Ingredients: 30g motherwort, 25g black fungus, 3 red dates, 3 slices of ginger

practice:

1. Wash all ingredients separately, soak motherwort and black fungus for a while;

2. Remove the core of the red dates and put them into a clay pot with ginger. Add 750 ml (5 bowls) of water.

3. After boiling over high heat, simmer over low heat for 1.5 hours and add appropriate amount of salt.

2. Black Bean and Pear Pork Rib Soup

Black beans and soybeans belong to the same family, but black beans have black skin and contain anthocyanins, which are a good source of antioxidants. They are also rich in vitamin E, which is also an antioxidant that can remove free radicals in the body, reduce skin wrinkles, and maintain youthfulness and health. Therefore, black beans are a very good beauty product for women. Black beans, pears and pork ribs can be boiled into soup and eaten regularly to effectively improve skin problems such as dull complexion, pigmentation, dark circles, oily and red face, acne, etc.

Ingredients: 2 pears, half a bowl of black beans, 500 grams of pork ribs, 3 slices of ginger, 8 bowls of water

practice:

1. Wash the black beans and soak them in clean water for 2-3 hours;

2. Wash and peel the pears, remove the core, and cut each into 4 pieces;

3. Wash and soak the wolfberries;

4. Wash and chop the ribs into pieces, blanch them in water, pick them up and rinse them;

5. Boil water, add all ingredients, cook over high heat for 20 minutes, then simmer over low heat for one and a half hours, add salt to taste and serve.

3. Fresh lily, dried white fungus and banana stew

Sweet soup made with fresh lily, white fungus, banana and other ingredients can relieve chest tightness, replenish qi, and relieve tiredness. It is also very beneficial to drink sweet soup occasionally.

Ingredients: 120g fresh lily, 15g dried white fungus, 5g wolfberry, 2 bananas, 100g rock sugar

practice:

1. Wash all ingredients separately, soak Tremella, remove stems and tear into small pieces;

2. Peel and slice the bananas, and put the Tremella into the stew pot;

3. Add 1000 ml of water (4 bowls), cover and simmer for half an hour;

4. Add lily, banana and rock sugar, cover and simmer for half an hour.
